Returns

You have 24 working hours lead time to intimate us on services not required.

In case of Car Rentals cancellation to be intimated before 24 Hrs. of reporting time in City limits or before car leaves our office for Outstation usage.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:

Certain Products / Services are non- returnable and Non-Refundable: such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund / return policy.
