Do you provide chauffeur-driven cars?

Yes. Rank Cars offers professional chauffeur-driven transportation across its our fleet. Our chauffeurs are trained to provide a safe, punctual, courteous and professional travel experience for corporate clients, executives, VIPs and guests, meetings, events, airport transfers & VIP movements.

Do you provide airport transfers?

Yes. Rank Cars provides airport pickup and drop-off services for individuals, corporate travellers, executives, guests and delegations. Airport transfers can be arranged as part of a larger itinerary or as a standalone journey.

Can I rent a car for a few days or for a longer period?

Yes. We offer both short-term and long-term rental solutions. Depending on your requirement, vehicles can be arranged for a few hours, a day, a week, several months or longer-term requirements, with plans tailored to your travel needs.

Do you provide transportation for weddings, events and delegations?

Yes. Rank Cars provides end-to-end transportation solutions for weddings, corporate events, conferences, special occasions and official delegations. Our team coordinates vehicles, chauffeurs and schedules to ensure seamless movement throughout the event. For larger or more complex requirements, we can also provide a dedicated on-ground coordinator to oversee operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Can I choose a specific vehicle from your fleet?

Yes. RankCars offers a wide-ranging fleet to suit different travel requirements, group sizes and budgets, from comfortable sedans and practical MPVs to SUVs, vans and coaches. Share your requirements with our team, and we’ll help you select the right vehicle based on your journey, passenger count and availability.

How can I book a vehicle with Rank Cars?

You can enquire or make a booking by contacting our team through the website, phone or email. Share your travel date, pickup and drop location, vehicle requirement and any special requirements, and our team will assist you with the most suitable transportation solution.

How will I receive my booking confirmation?

Once your booking is confirmed, our automated system will send the booking confirmation to your registered email address in a standardised format.

When will I receive my car and chauffeur details?

Your vehicle and chauffeur details will be shared with you by SMS and email. For vehicles reporting between 12:00 midnight and 10:00 AM, the details will be shared by 10:00 PM on the previous day. For vehicles reporting between 10:00 AM and 12:00 midnight, the details will be shared 1-2 hours before the scheduled reporting time.

How will I receive my invoice?

Your invoice will be shared electronically in soft copy via email, making it easy to access and retain for your records.

Can I make payments online?

Yes. You can make payments securely through the Pay Now option on the RankCars website. To pay against an invoice, select Pay Now → Against Invoice, enter your details and the amount, and proceed to the payment page. Multiple invoice numbers can be entered when making a payment.

Can I pay by credit or debit card?

Yes. Credit and debit card payments are accepted through our online payment gateway. A 3.5% transaction fee is applicable for payments made by credit card, debit card or through the payment gateway.

Can I make an advance payment online?

Yes. You can make an advance payment through Pay Now → Pay Advance on the RankCars website. Once the payment is completed, please share a screenshot of the successful transaction with our team for confirmation.
